Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Hons.) with Economics and History from Banaras Hindu University, Shreosi further earned her Master of Applied Psychology (Counseling Psychology – Adult Population) from the esteemed Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychology, focusing on creative and practical aspects of modern psychological research.
Her professional expertise includes working with adults facing relationship challenges, adjustment issues, workplace behaviors, addiction recovery, geriatric care, trauma recovery, family systems, and the lasting impacts of childhood violence and abuse. With her empathic and narrative therapy approach, Shreosi creates a secure emotional space for clients to explore, heal, and grow.
As a researcher and educator, her focus areas span trauma therapy, developmental psychology, organizational behavior, and research methodology.
